Purim is coming…Purim is coming.
One of the nicest traditions on Purim is Mishloah Manot – giving gifts of food to friends.
”The same days on which the Jews enjoyed relief from their foes…were observed as days of feasting and merry making and an occasion for sending gifts to one another and presents to the poor.” Esther (9:22)
Exchanging gifts brings us closer to one another while giving tzedakah elevates us nearer to God. Thank you for participating in this communal mitzvah and for your support of our Religious School. Proceeds from Mishloah Manot are dedicated to our Madrich Program, teacher development and program enhancement.
